Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands on healing through which a universal energy is transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the receiver in order to encourage emotional & physical healing in conjunction with the body. Reiki is used for deep relaxation & stress relief. A session allows the recipient to release negative emotions and promote overall well being
